International Law Group Opens Liberia’s Office

The International Law Group (ILG) is expected to formally open its new office in Liberia on Tuesday, June 25, 2013. A release issued here says the office will be launched at up Broad Street at Fort Norris, commonly known here as Ducor Hotel. The release further reveals that several personalities, including President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf will grace the occasion with their distinguished presence.
The ILG is founded by Liberty Party Chairman Jonathan Fonati Koffa, one of Liberia’s bright legal minds. Mr. Koffa together with a team of young Liberian lawyers started the firm which has seen a list of important international and local clientele.
Tuesday’s formal launch, according to the release, will be attended by heads of various corporate and legal entities as well as ministers and heads of judiciary committees of the Legislature among other specially invited Senators and Representatives.
The press release states that the gathering will bring together a small mosaic of corporate, legal and political leaders to witness the birth of the new law office in Liberia. Under its umbrella (ILG), the firm collectively brings together more than 30 years of [service in] legal, political and governance.
